Probate

At this difficult time we guide our clients through the process of collating the assets of the deceased person, applying for a Grant of Probate, and collecting in and distributing the assets, all in a realistic timeframe and with efficiency and compassion.

In addition we can carry out the same process in the case of someone dying intestate.

In appropriate circumstances we also prepare Deeds of Variation, which can posthumously vary the terms of a will or intestacy, for family reasons or to take advantage of Inheritance Tax allowances.
