Carla is an assistant solicitor in the Company Commercial department. After reading law at Manchester Metropolitan University, Carla completed her Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law. She joined Neil Myerson from Hill Dickinson LLP in March 2008. Carla deals with all aspects of commercial and IT/IP. She specialises in commercial contracts and franchising.
