Meet the Business Services Team

Adam is a solicitor who specialises in dispute resolution and litigation. Adam trained and gained his experience at national firms in Manchester before joining Neil Myerson in January 2006. Adam deals with all aspects of litigation and has a sensible approach to resolving disputes, keeping the business requirements of the client at the forefront and regularly utilising modern tools such as mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Adam has also developed an expertise in advising and acting for commercial agents and principals in respect of compensation claims under the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations. In this regard he has acted for a range of clients in respect of both domestic and international disputes.
